Tameworth- can I get a map of this city if you have one? Because of my background :)
[emerging-local-threat] perhaps a horde of goblin riders ? Bringands? Some sort of hoard that may have a tie in to the overall campaign?
Manolo grew up in Carseld with his parents and other of clan Boffinholm. Life was good there. After receiving notoriety for aptitude with magic and performance, the shire elders and his parents decided it was best for Arlen to travel to Tameworth and be trained in his talents.
On the long travel to Tameworth, Manolo’s family was caught in Nord-Taygrani skirmish between Carseld and Tameworth. His parents saved him by sacrificing their lives. He finally made it to Tameworth but was forced to live in the slums and run a small hustling business to pay for his tuition at bard school (the money the town raised for him ran out very quickly).
He ran plays, performed acrobatics, and played music in the slums. He may have bended the law at times (quite often actually) but was generally a good person to those around him.
It was during that time that he met [karins-half-orc] and they became friends.
Manolo has finally graduated college and is looking for a way to make something of himself. He’s tired of life in the slums. He would like to champion those that are bullied and protect the weak through the skills he acquired, and hopefully have a great time in the process.
